Dinner starts in our bar area with selected appetizers from mainly smoked cured or canned seafood. We invite you to try samples from our new oyster bar. (from November 1.)
Moving to our kitchen table, Japanese chef Takashi and his wingman Sherwin will bring you a fixed menu prepared from everything that comes out of the sea. Our Sommelier Jaturong has selected wines to compliment the meal. Afterwards, coffee or tea will be served in our lounge.
