Welcome to the smallest restaurant in Copenhagen, our new 6 seat omakase experience.

Located at the picturesque Nyhavn Canal, dinner is served inside the 200 year old warehouse oozing with character and history.

We invite you to take a seat behind the kitchen counter for a close and intimate evening with our chefs from Tokyo.

 

Dinner starts in our bar area with selected appetizers from mainly smoked cured or canned seafood. We invite you to try samples from our new oyster bar. (from November 1.)

 

Moving to our kitchen table, Japanese chef Takashi and his wingman Sherwin will bring you a fixed menu prepared from everything that comes out of the sea. Our Sommelier Jaturong has selected wines to compliment the meal. Afterwards, coffee or tea will be served in our lounge.
